Your Impact, with Us

As a valued Medical Receptionist, you'll play a key role in providing quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Based in Coffs Harbour, you'll help improve lives and shape the future of our organisation.

Your impact will include:

• Ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient patient coordination and front desk management.
• Maintaining high-quality patient care with effective communication and support.
• Contributing to the practice's success by handling administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role, ideally within a cardiology practice.
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
• A keen eye for detail, proficiency in medical billing, invoicing, and using medical software.
• A compassionate, professional demeanour, maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive atmosphere.

We would also love you to have:

• Strong interpersonal skills to nurture positive connections with patients.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continual learning.
• Experience with health track software or similar medical applications.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient confidentiality regulations.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic setting.
• A dedication to providing exceptional patient care and supporting a collaborative team.
