Job Description

The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations across the hotel's signature restaurant, events, and guest dining experiences. With a strong platform of investment and PR support, this role offers the opportunity to showcase innovation and build a high-profile reputation while enhancing the prestige of a celebrated destination property.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing an elevated, seasonal menu philosophy
  • Leading day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on approach
