As Executive Chef, you will take full creative and operational ownership of the restaurant's food offering. You'll design and execute innovative, seasonal menus that showcase premium local produce, set the benchmark for quality and consistency, and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Leading a passionate brigade of chefs, you'll foster a culture of creativity, discipline, and collaboration while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver world-class menus aligned with the restaurant's premium positioning
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
  • Manage food and labour costs, ensuring strong commercial performance
  • Drive innovation in techniques, presentation, and flavour
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and OH&S standards
  • Collaborate with management and FOH teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-profile, premium dining environment
  • A strong culinary vision and the creativity to continually innovate
  • Solid leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and supplier relationships
  • Calm, composed, and focused under pressure
