Overlooking Hamilton Island's bustling marina, the Marina Tavern is a local favourite for relaxed dining, ice-cold drinks, and laid-back entertainment. With stunning waterfront views, a casual bistro menu, and a vibrant gaming lounge featuring pokies, TAB, and Keno, this venue is the heart of the island's social scene.

We're seeking experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Attendants with strong bar and gaming experience to join our friendly team and deliver exceptional service across our bistro, bars, and gaming areas.

Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across our main bar, bistro, and gaming areas, delivering a high standard of service while creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Where you'll make an impact

  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally across multiple service areas

  • Assist if required within our gaming lounge, including pokies, TAB, and Keno

  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash securely

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times

  • Deliver friendly, engaging service that reflects Hamilton Island's signature hospitality

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in bar and gaming operations (pokies, TAB, and Keno essential)

  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificates (essential)

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings

  • Open driver's licence preferred
