Airefrig Australia is a family-owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 12 branches throughout Australia with 3 branches here in NSW. Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 54 years in business.
Overview
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this great full-time opportunity involves both counter and phone sales. No prior internal sales experience in the HVAC&R industry is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities(but would not be limited to):
- Counter and phone sales
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable solution based on specifications, costs, and availability.
- The applicant will be required to process and manage customer orders through quotation, ordering, picking, packing and organising the delivery of items
- Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships
- Work alongside internal departments (warranty, purchasing and accounts) to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests
- Assist with warehouse duties when required (receiving of goods, stock take etc)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Year 10 certificate of completion
- Customer service/retail experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work autonomously in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required
- An interest in creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
