We're a growing real estate agency based in Subiaco, looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is excited about contributing to a business in growth mode.

This is a full-time position with flexibility for the right candidate, including school hours.

What you'll do
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing calendars, emails, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with agents, property managers, and external partners to support the Director's projects.
  • Support with property listing administration — preparing documents, listing forms, and liaising with marketing for new listings.
  • Monitor settlement progress, track key dates, and ensure compliance with office procedures.
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Tackle a range of ad-hoc tasks to support the team and leadership.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in Real Estate / Administration, desirable but not required.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and work independently.
  • Confident communicator and team player.
  • Comfortable with technology, systems, and learning new tools.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
