Join Medaesthetics Clinics — one of Australia's leading cosmetic and laser clinics — as our Marketing Assistant, based in Subiaco, WA.

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives across our brands, help strengthen brand positioning, and assist in the delivery of campaigns that promote business growth.

You will play a key role in implementing and executing marketing activities that build brand awareness, support lead generation, and contribute to sales.

You'll work closely with senior management to ensure day-to-day marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

With strong content creation skills and social media experience, you'll assist in managing our social media accounts and help produce engaging videography, photography, and digital content.

You will also support in engaging with our online community, keeping our social channels active through content, stories, comments, conversations, DMs, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with content creation for our brands – filming, editing, and scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
• Assisting with email campaigns, blog posts, and basic copywriting.
• Supporting the planning and execution of clinic events.
• Supporting with influencer outreach and gifting, including tracking ROI.
• Helping to maintain and update content calendars.
• Assisting with ad performance reporting (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• General marketing admin support, including organising creative assets, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining brand consistency.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A Marketing Assistant with 1–2 years' experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (experience in the medical, cosmetic or beauty industry is highly regarded but not essential).
• Qualifications or training in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
• A good understanding of digital and social media marketing, with a willingness to learn analytics tools and marketing platforms.
• Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and contributing creative ideas for brand growth.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Some experience or interest in influencer outreach and community engagement.
• Confidence in creating content (photography, short-form video, graphics) for social platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Google Suite).

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Google Analytics is a bonus).

• Based in Perth (this is an in-clinic role)

• Must have Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
• 3 days per week (24 hours), with flexibility for events and shoots.
