The Role
: We're on the hunt for a hands-on Creative Strategist & Content Creator to help us develop video content that doesn't just grab attention - it drives real results. You'll strategise, plan, execute, and deliver high-performing content across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and beyond. This isn't just a role for posting content - it's for a hands-on strategist and creator who lives and breathes content, isn't afraid to be in front of (and behind) the camera, can direct shoots, and loves analysing performance data.
You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to bring the brand to life, ensuring every piece of content feels fresh, on-brand, and built to perform. If you live and breathe content, understand what's trending before it hits, and know what makes a high-performing ad, this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies for both paid and organic channels.
- Plan and manage the social content calendar in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead content ideation, briefing, production direction, and publishing — including video scripting, visual planning, and editing.
- Meet weekly content targets, and deliver high-performing assets for both paid digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc) and organic channels.
- Oversee the rollout and repurposing of creative assets for multi-channel use.
- Use native editing tools + third-party apps to produce engaging, trend-driven content.
- Drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, video views and revenue.
- Monitor performance metrics, interpret results, and recommend strategic adjustments.
Who we're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role or as a content creator in beauty/fashion
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, and the courage to drive exciting new ideas
- Ability to work quickly and pivot to stay on top of trends
- Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
- Passion for content creation, new tools & tech, and a forward thinker
