About the Role

We're looking for a
Creative Strategist
to join our growing talent network. This role suits someone who can turn insights into big ideas, bridge the gap between data and creativity, and help brands connect meaningfully with their audiences.

You'll partner with creative and account teams to shape campaigns, sharpen brand positioning, and ensure every concept has a clear strategic backbone.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and articulate campaign strategies that cut through and deliver results
  • Translate audience insights into creative concepts and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to bring strategies to life
  • Build decks, frameworks, and narratives that inspire both clients and internal teams
  • Keep an eye on cultural shifts and industry trends to inject fresh thinking into briefs

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in creative strategy, planning, or a related role (agency background highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behaviour, and campaign development
  • A natural storyteller who can sell ideas with clarity and confidence
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals
  • Organised and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience across integrated campaigns (digital, social, traditional, experiential)
  • Exposure to research and insight tools
  • Familiarity with design or content production processes
