About the Role

We are a Sydney & London based interior design studio specialising in luxury spaces that support health and wellbeing. With a focus on creating environments that nourish the mind and body, we bring deep expertise, intentional design, and a warm, professional approach to every project.

We're looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Strategist to take the lead on growing our brand, generating leads, and booking out our two new signature offers. If you're part strategist, part executor, and fully results-oriented—you'll thrive here.

You'll report to the founder and oversee our internal and external creative team. There will be one half day per week in person and the balance of time remotely / work from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee content strategy, posting delivery and campaign rollouts
  • Align creative, copy, and offer structure with audience insights
  • Manage launches & marketing funnels
  • Analyse lead generation, cost-per-lead, and conversion data

KPIs for Success

  • Monthly lead and revenue goals met or exceeded
  • Campaigns launched on time and under budget
  • Full clarity across weekly marketing metrics
  • Deliver engaging EDM fortnightly

What You'll Bring

  • Have experience marketing in the wellness, luxury, or design space
  • Are a strong writer who can mirror brand voice with minimal oversight
  • Understand how to craft marketing that doesn't just look good, but converts
  • Can confidently brief creatives and keep projects on track
  • Know your way around Meta Ads, funnels, and email platforms
  • Value wellbeing, calm communication, and intentional design
