This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.If that gets you excited, let's talkAbout The RoleWe're looking for a Creative Lead to supercharge Juniper's in-house creative team and help us scale performance-led storytelling at pace.This is a high-impact role focused on bringing big ideas to life. You'll partner with our Creative Strategists to turn insights into sharp creative direction, then lead a team of designers, editors, and content creators across Australia and Manila to execute with craft and energy.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, care deeply about storytelling, and get a kick out of helping a team hit their stride, this is the role for you.What You'll DoLead the creative engine – Own the creative cadences and rituals that drive team output: brainstorms, concept reviews, sprint kickoffs, retros, and more.Set direction, drive execution – Turn strategy into clear briefs and rally the team to deliver best-in-class work that performs.Work cross-functionally – Collaborate with strategists, growth marketers, and patient facing teams to make sure creative is tightly aligned to performance insight and patient need.Coach and grow the team – Uplift quality and ownership across AU and Manila. Give meaningful feedback, push creative thinking, and create an environment where the team thrives.Champion learning – Help the team share and systemise learnings from performance, so our work gets sharper every week.Unblock and enable – Make sure our strongest creatives stay focused on what they do best by owning editing coordination and process management across teams.About YouYou've got 5+ years experience across creative production, traffic management, performance marketing, or brand storytelling, and you've led teams or squads before.You know how to give clear direction, rally a team, and hold a high bar for execution without micromanaging.You thrive on fast creative cycles, generating, testing, and iterating ideas at speed.You're naturally collaborative and know how to get creatives, strategists, and marketers moving in the same direction.Bonus points if you've worked in a high-output, ad-focused creative environment (e.g. startups, content agencies, performance brands).Why This Role is ExcitingYou'll play a huge role in shaping the voice and visual direction of one of Australia's most recognisable health brands.You'll lead a talented team of creatives across two countries, helping them grow and deliver their best work.You'll get to scale what works and shake up what doesn't, without the red tape.You'll see your work live fast, perform, and have real impact on making people's good health last a lifetime.Why You Should Join EucOur teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
