About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Growth Strategist who knows how to turn data into results — someone who doesn't just manage campaigns but engineers growth.

Experience in healthcare or medical marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and optimise paid search, social and email funnels to maximise ROI and lead generation.
  • Oversee conversion optimisation (CRO) and analytics to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
  • Build, track, and scale campaigns targeting specific revenue streams and services across multiple brands.
  • Develop and test high-performing landing pages, creatives, and ad copy to boost performance.
  • Manage and collaborate with external consultants including UX designers, social media specialists, and copywriters.
  • Own the analytics stack – reporting, tracking, attribution, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Strategically explore and test new revenue opportunities across digital channels.

What Success Looks Like

  • Increasing ROI and lead volumes month-on-month.
  • Scaling campaigns while maintaining strong unit economics.
  • Launching and optimising new revenue channels that grow overall business performance.
  • Driving measurable results that align with the company's broader growth vision.

You'll Need

  • 3–5+ years in digital marketing, ideally within a similar role or performance or growth-focused agency.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience specifically in performance or growth-focused agency work.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation (you'll master our system, Go High Level).
  • Advanced expertise with Go High Level CRM is required.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability — you can think like a strategist but execute like a performance marketer.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited to work hands-on in fast-moving environments.
