Legal Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Beenleigh)

East Coast Injury Lawyers are a boutique personal injury law firm with offices based in Beenleigh, North Lakes, and Robina.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer service driven individual to join our team.

Based in our Beenleigh office, the successful applicant will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and be the first point of contact at our firm.

This role is ideally full-time, but part-time (4 days a week) could be accommodated. The role is a permanent role split between reception, administrative tasks and supporting legal assistants with personal injury claims work. We are looking for a reliable and energetic team player with an eagerness and willingness to learn. It will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in a legal office, including a first or second year law student.

The successful applicant will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and will be the first point of contact at our firm.

The successful candidate will require:

· current drivers licence and own reliable car

· organisational skills and initiative

· excellent communication skills and phone manner

· good written skills and attention to detail

· prior administration or customer service experience considered favourably

· study with an administration focus also considered favourably

· a compassion and desire to assist injured individuals Duties will include but are not limited to:

· answering incoming calls

· meet and greet clients

· setting up of meetings both online and in person

· maintaining the office

· preparing medical and counsel briefs

· undertaking requests for information

· assist senior administration team / legal assistants with tasks
