Part Time Admin Position – MTK Building (SE QLD)

About Us MTK Building is a trusted provider of building and maintenance services to Social Housing Groups and Property Management companies across South East Queensland. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Guru to take control of this position.

Position Details

  • Role: Part time Admin Management position.
  • Schedule: 4 days per week (9:00am – 2:30pm)
  • Location: Beenleigh, QLD

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate job scheduling and advise field staff on job locations
  • Create and manage work orders using ServiceM8
  • Assist and possible lead with report writing and editing in MS Word

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with ServiceM8 is a distinct advantage
  • Background in Property Management is a plus
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
