The Role: As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the face of our office, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Visitors: Be the friendly face that greets clients and visitors as they walk through our doors.
- Phone Etiquette: Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, including sales administration, marketing, filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
- Learning on the Job: We believe in hands-on learning Training will be provided to help you excel in your role.
- Career Pathways: Previous Junior Receptionists have progressed to roles such as Letting Officer and Sales Associate. The sky's the limit
