About the Role

We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Account Director- Marketing and Digital Director who is keen to take that step into Group Account Director (GAD) level to oversee the marketing and digital function of this agency working across property and lifestyle portfolios. This is a broad role encompassing team leadership, marketing client strategy and management, marketing and digital implementation, account direction and new business development.

Open to either Full-Time OR Part-Time (4x Days) for the right candidate.

Skills & Experience


• Approx years of experience in marketing and digital working within property sector (or with property clients)


• Experience working agency-side (strongly desired)


• Strong knowledge around digital channels- Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Marketing- OOH


• Strong knowledge of REA- property channels, Domain, A&D,


• Proficient with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, REA Agency Admin)


• Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Social reporting, Project Management Tools- Trello


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong leadership capability
