The role:

  • Manage end-to-end contracts administration with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with sales teams, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth settlements
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on contract documentation
  • Support the team with compliance, deadlines, and client communication
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including preparing property campaigns, creating marketing collateral, and designing templates using Canva

About you:

  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator in real estate (or similar legal/property background)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Canva and confident in producing marketing materials
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach
