About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven 
Marketing Executive
 to support one of our clients in the 
property finance and investment industry
.

Working in collaboration with The Marketing Room and the client's internal team, you'll play a key role in coordinating and executing marketing activity across digital, content, and communications.

You'll help bring marketing initiatives to life- managing everything from investor communications and website updates to presentation decks and campaign collateral- ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and wants to contribute to a highly respected brand in the property finance space.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Coordination

• Support the delivery of marketing initiatives across lending, investment, and brand-building activities.
• Create, edit, and publish marketing assets including EDMs, presentations, capability statements, and reports.
• Manage website updates such as new projects, team profiles, articles, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate the development of marketing collateral (pricing sheets, investment summaries, term sheets, and promotional materials).
• Assist with content creation for newsletters, social media, and investor updates.
• Maintain data accuracy and manage project updates across multiple platforms and systems.
• Liaise with external suppliers and creative partners to support design, printing, and digital requirements.
• Assist with marketing performance tracking and reporting.

Digital & Content Marketing

• Build and distribute EDMs for brokers, investors, and partners.
• Support social media content scheduling and engagement monitoring.
• Maintain and update key website content in collaboration with the client's leadership team and The Marketing Room.
• Support campaign execution and reporting across digital channels.

Brand & Project Support

• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all materials and platforms.
• Manage branded collateral such as signage, banners, and merchandise.
• Support internal communication and presentation needs through well-designed templates and marketing materials.

About You

You're a natural organiser who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment. You enjoy being the go-to person who makes things happen and keeps marketing moving smoothly.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in 
  property, finance, investment, or professional services
   industries.
• Strong coordination and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable marketing outputs.
