Your role will be:

  • Working with our small team to qualify clients over the phone using leads provided by our clients or our internal database.
  • Customer care and development of your client portfolio.
  • Set up meetings for clients to meet your goals.
  • Database management.
  • Execute outbound calls.
  • Participate in career development training.
  • Position in inside sales and lead generation with growth opportunities.

Must-haves:

  • Experience in: telemarketing, sales B2B and/or outbound calling.
  • Awareness of IT or experience from IT company.
  • Fluency in Korean and English at Business Level
  • Confidence in utilizing computers and new software.
  • No reluctance in making outbound calls to prospective leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Experience:

  • working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
