The Role
We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who thrives on results, communicates with impact, and has the drive to push through objections and win opportunities. You'll be on the frontlines of growth, representing world-class clients in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
What You'll Do
- Outbound prospecting across calls, LinkedIn, email, and SMS.
- Represent clients across industries and open new business opportunities.
- Confidently cold call and secure discovery meetings.
- Craft tailored, personalised messages that resonate.
- Nurture relationships, handle objections, and move opportunities forward.
- Track performance, analyse data, and optimise campaigns.
- Master tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Join client sync calls and collaborate with account managers.
- Stay ahead of outbound sales trends and sales tech innovation.
You're a Fit If You
- Have 2+ years of sales experience (B2B).
- Are a strong communicator and rapport builder.
- Have resilience and problem-solving skills to push through objections.
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written) and flexible availability
- Thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments with accountability.
- Want to grow quickly and see sales as a long-term career path.
