We're looking for a Melbourne-based Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our fast-growing team. If you're a confident communicator, love getting in the trenches with clients, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do
  • Lead new client onboarding and training (onsite and remote)
  • Own the customer journey: onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success
  • Build relationships with operational and trade-based teams across Australia
  • Travel interstate regularly to deliver in-person workshops and site visits
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally across product, support, and sales
  • Use client insights to refine processes and shape product improvements

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years experience in customer success, implementation, or account management (SaaS or industrial/trade setting preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel interstate frequently
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with both operational field teams and management
  • Bonus: Experience in trades, mining, construction, or similar sectors
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ERP, workforce management, or scheduling software
