Join Zwift, an Australian hospitality technology company helping restaurants grow through online ordering, marketing, and digital tools.

We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Coordinator to manage and support our amazing restaurant partners. You'll guide new partners through onboarding, help them succeed using Zwift's platform, and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to deliver effective digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality but wants to move into the tech and digital side of the industry — combining customer relationships with real business impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and launch.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on campaign creation and scheduling.
  • Help partners share and upload their customer data to Zwift's platform.
  • Proactively engage with partners to drive revenue growth and feature adoption.
  • Act as a trusted contact for your partners — solving issues (if any), coordinating solutions, and maintaining strong relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in account management, marketing coordination, or client service.
  • Hospitality experience or understanding of the industry (highly valued).
  • Great communication, organisation, and people skills.
  • Confidence using digital tools, CRM systems, and data insights.
