Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory across multiple Opticomm warehouse locations nationally. This role is critical in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to support construction and maintenance projects across Uniti Group and its subsidiaries. You'll lead demand planning, investigate stock variances, and provide regular reporting and insights.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage inventory across multiple national warehouse locations
- Lead demand planning to forecast and maintain optimal stock levels
- Investigate stocktakes and variances, and report findings
- Provide regular inventory and performance reports to the Head of Commercial
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff
- Coordinate stock movements and deliveries across sites
- Ensure accurate receipting, dispatching, and documentation
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines

Essential Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory roles
- Forklift licence (required)
- First Aid Cert II/CPR (preferred)
- Strong skills in inventory control, demand planning, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving
- A proactive, adaptable team player with a positive attitude
