Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
The Inventory Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Wholesale & Infrastructure team, overseeing the planning and coordination of deliveries and stock receipting to support construction and maintenance activities across Uniti Group and its subsidiaries. A key responsibility of this role is to monitor inventory levels and anticipate future requirements through effective demand planning, ensuring timely ordering and optimal stock availability. Additionally, the role supports the delivery of high-quality services across equipment preparation, builds, installations, and the ongoing maintenance of Opticomm hardware and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff
- Receive, store, and dispatch goods on time
- Accept deliveries and manage outgoing shipments
- Prepare equipment for dispatch and support warehouse tasks
- Track inventory levels and anticipate future needs through demand planning, placing orders as required to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Conduct stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy
- Support logistics and inventory control processes
- Check orders, deliveries, and inventory for accuracy
- Maintain records and prepare required documentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external customers
- Liaise with stakeholders to meet project and delivery goals
- Assist with the delivery of Headend construction tasks

Essential Experience:
- Forklift licence
- Minimum 5+ years as a Warehouse Worker
- First Aid Cert II/CPR accreditation desirable
- Logistics principles and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
