About the role

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, whilst prioritising daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

· Email prioritisation

· Phone calls

· Filing

· Purchasing

· Printing Paperwork and preparing orders

· Complete sales order entry

· Print shipping labels. (TNT and delivery Labels)

· Demo Asset management.

· Coordinate/picking part orders.

Qualifications/Experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

· Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

· Ability to multitask

· Attention to Detail.

· Experience in fast paced environments is essential.
