We are recruiting new talent to help the team manage our growth and continue to offer our clients unique and personalised solutions to enhance their quality of life and daily independence.

About the role

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, whilst prioritising daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

· Email prioritisation

· Phone calls

· Filing

· Purchasing

· Printing Paperwork and preparing orders

· Complete sales order entry

· Print shipping labels. (TNT and delivery Labels)

· Demo Asset management.

· Coordinate/picking part orders.

Qualifications/Experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

· Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

· Ability to multitask

· Attention to Detail.

· Experience in fast paced environments is essential.
