**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and fast learning person to join our Sales Support Team at our Brendale branch or possibly at any one of our 22 branches located across Australia. This is a great role for someone from an automotive background, looking to reenergise their career in the auction industry, specifically in the automotive area. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. In this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys all types of process related duties with high attention to detail.

**This role is part of a new team at Pickles, and as such we would like to keep as many people working in our branches as possible while we ride the learning wave to ensure we share information and maximise our training efficiency. This role will eventually offer some flexible work options around working from home one day per week. **We’re changing what we do from a sales support perspective and we’re looking for enthusiastic people with experience in similar industries to join our team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Adhering to the organisations policies and procedures for Motor Vehicles sales support
- Follow policies and procedures in all aspects of private vendor set-up and administration in PAS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other information systems.
- Ensure that agency agreements are prepared and executed in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures and instructions from sales staff.
- Ensure that all vendor KPI reporting obligations are met in accordance with vendor agreements.
- Ensure that vendor invoicing requirements are met to ensure that invoices are issued and paid on time.
- Ensure that appropriate administrative support is provided to sales executives.
- Provide support to sales executives with the preparation of paperwork for PVT and large consignment deals in accordance with Pickles’ policies and procedures.
- Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis of sales related enquiries as required.
- Assist in any other business support initiatives as directed by the CFO, the Shared Services Manager, the Sales Support Manager and the Automotive Sales Support Team Leader.

**ABOUT YOU**

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience**:

- Understanding of motor vehicles or experience working in a similar role or industry will be highly advantageous
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and willingness to assist to close the deal with high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
