What You Will Be Doing In This Role
As the Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient purchasing of goods for the hospital. You'll support the team in communicating with suppliers and vendors to follow up on orders and delivery schedules.

You'll also provide administration support to the team by monitoring emails, creating purchase orders, running reports, ordering office supplies and greeting visitors.

Who We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have some experience in a similar administrative role and are keen to develop your procurement skills or have completed studies in procurement or supply chain management. However, what's most important is your enthusiasm for learning from the team and kick-starting your procurement career. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or TechnologyOne would be an advantage, but a strong ability to quickly develop new skills is equally valuable.

  • You'll be commercially driven and eager to learn how the business operates.
  • You'll have solid MS Office skills.
  • You'll have excellent customer service skills.
  • You'll be a team player, able to collaborate effectively.
  • You'll demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
