- Wellbeing first: Weekly fresh fruit, 'Lunch and Learn with a focus on keeping our team feeling their best on and off the field.
- Locker-room ready: Showers, fresh towels, and Dyson hair tools so you can reset and refresh any time.
- Team spirit: Weekly drinks and social catchups that celebrate wins big and small.

About You
You're an organised, curious, and solutions-focused administrator who thrives on bringing order to busy environments. You enjoy supporting others and take real pride in keeping projects on track ensuring details don't slip through the cracks and deadlines are met with precision. You're naturally collaborative and work well with a variety of personalities, always ready to lend a hand, share ideas, and find better ways to get things done. Fast-paced environments energise you rather than overwhelm you, and you have a calm, can-do attitude when things get busy. Above all, you take pride in delivering quality work that supports the team's success and contributes to something bigger.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or coordination (ideally supporting a procurement, operations, or finance team).
