You will partner with Hiring Managers, working closely with them to understand their hiring needs and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Your expertise will ensure candidates have a seamless experience, positively impacting their onboarding into our business. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

We have openings for both Blue-Collar and White-Collar Recruiters to join our fun, supportive, and hardworking teams, supporting our construction projects  .

You will be responsible for all end-to-end recruitment activities and will be an integral part of the project team. We are a people-focused business, and while we execute large projects, we maintain a personable business feel. We have a strong internal redeployment process and maintain a core Civmec workforce wherever we go.


The Role
  • Advertising and managing role specific talent pools.
  • Candidate management through the recruitment process
  • Collection and storage of pre-recruitment documentation
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Database maintenance including updating of candidate's progress.
  • Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Compliance to the business's recruitment process
  • Formal weekly reporting and issue escalation
  • Development of role specific sourcing strategies
About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Possess experience with applicant tracking software
  • Have experience with either white or blue collar recruitment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
  • Knowledge of industry relevant tickets, licenses and qualifications will be advantageous
