**Techforce Personnel are a national recruitment agency and project management firm specializing in blue
- and white-collar recruitment across mining and resources, shutdowns, facilities maintenance, industrial services, civil construction and the oil and gas industries.**

Due to continuous growth, our client is looking for a junior HSE Advisor to join their Henderson based team on an ongoing Monday-Friday basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all HSE objectives are in line with organisational objectives
- Preparation of various project specific documentation, including tender information, procedures, HSE Management Plans and reports as required
- Assist in the investigation of any project incidents and ensure the maintenance of proper records
- Conduct site inspections and audits as required
- Monitor and improve safe working procedures and practices
- Work with the Group HSE team to maintain and control the company HSE Management Systems
- Support the development and implementation of new HSE programs and training initiatives

**About You**:

- Minimum Cert IV in WHS
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a HSE Advisor
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation in Western Australia as well as safety standards and processes
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
