**About the Opportunity**

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position, based in Henderson, WA.

**Responsibilities**
- Driving behavioural and competency-based interview techniques and practices

**About you**
- Well versed experience in recruitment functions (or related such as HR or talent acquisition) at a Recruitment Advisor/Officer level
- Well-developed time management skills to plan workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adjust approach to various stakeholder preferences and adapt to the overarching company culture and ways of working at ASC
- Familiarity with the PageUp system (desirable) or similar ATS

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
