Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our director and teams across the Strategy, Admissions, and Marketing Divisions in both Australia and (the Philippines or Indonesia). This role is crucial in helping grow our brand, increase sales, and drive the company's strategic expansion into the global market.
Applicants must be fluent in Filipino or Bahasa.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and grow the Filipino or Indonesian student market (onshore and offshore) by providing course advice and enrolling students across various education providers in Australia.
- Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries via email, phone, or in person.
- Provide comprehensive information on services, maintain accurate client records, and schedule consultations.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and increase presence in both local and international markets.
- Collaborate with the team to build the company's reputation among Filipino or Bahasa Speaking language international students in Australia and abroad.
Administration
- Send required forms and documentation checklists to clients.
- Collect, organise, and manage documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete and process student applications (ELICOS, VET, College, University), including requests for course changes, extensions, deferrals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records using company software and databases.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and quotes; track outstanding payments and maintain detailed financial records.
- Support the administration of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Proactively manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- A proactive mindset – always looking for ways to improve processes and plan ahead.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative management (Preferred)
- Experience as an education agent/counsellor or in a marketing role at an education provider in Australia (Preferred)
- Fluent in Filipino or Bahasa (Required)
- Must have work authorisation in Australia (Required)
