We are looking for our next Sales Administration Executive to join our Sales Excellence Team, reporting into our Sales Administration Leader.

This role is all about keeping our Sales team firing on all cylinders. You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who makes sure our field teams have the tools, insights, and support they need to deliver, every day. From SAP wizardry to event coordination, you'll be the go-to for all things operations and admin. And you'll do it all as part of a company that's at the heart of good times as well as providing a wealth of career development opportunities.

A day in the life

  • Providing top-notch admin support so our sales team can focus on selling
  • Processing invoices and managing cost centres through SAP 
  • Supporting events and sponsorships with ticketing, invites and logistics
  • Handling guest lists, invites and internal events with a flair for detail.

What you'll bring

  • Strong organisational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
  • Confidence working with an ERP (SAP would be an advantage) and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
  • A natural ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
  • An analytical mindset and love of problem-solving
  • The agility to juggle priorities and hit deadlines, even when things get busy.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Sydney CBD office, with the flexibility to work from home so you can win at work and life.
