Position Summary:

The Sales Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the Assessments Team. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll provide excellent service to clients, coordinate administrative processes, and ensure efficient delivery of assessment services.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with a background in administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery.

The role is open to applicants from anywhere in Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Communication

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, and services.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to support smooth delivery of assessment services.

Administrative Support

  • Manage data entry, record-keeping, and document management within internal systems.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and client documentation.
  • Track and manage assessment schedules, bookings, and related logistics.

Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Assessments Team.
  • Support reporting and tracking of key team metrics.
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency across workflows.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and client experience.
  • Support implementation of new systems and processes when required.

About you:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or sales support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Desirable:

  • Experience in education, training, or assessments industry (advantageous but not essential).
  • Exposure to CRM or ticketing systems.
