About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. This entry level role is ideal for those looking to start a career in early childhood education. You will:

  • Assist qualified educators in delivering high quality programs across all age groups.
  • Support daily care routines, including supervising children, serving meals, and supporting the implementation of the educational program.
  • Help set up and pack away learning materials and resources.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining practical experience.

What we are looking for

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.

  • Reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
