Physio Elements is a well-established, one-stop health and wellness clinic located just 10 minutes from Ringwood and Eastlink. We provide Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, and Exercise Therapy (including Clinical Pilates, Rehabilitation and Wellness classes), helping clients of all ages move, feel, and live better.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate Myotherapist or Remedial Massage Therapist to join our friendly, supportive team — perfect for new graduates or anyone looking to grow their career.

This is a contractor or casual role, with part-time hours available and plenty of room to grow. Days and hours are negotiable.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated therapist who's excited to develop their skills in a beautiful, relaxing clinic environment, treating clients regularly and learning how to educate them on self-care beyond the treatment room. You'll receive mentoring and professional development support to help you confidently transition from study into practice.

Requirements

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage or Myotherapy qualification.
• Registration with relevant professional associations + insurance.
• Strong communication and a caring, professional manner.
• Enthusiasm to learn, grow and contribute to the team.
• Experience is great, but not essential — if you're a new grad ready to grow, we'd love to support you.

The Role

You'll provide high-quality remedial massage and/or myotherapy treatments to a varied client base. This is a great opportunity to step into a clinic with high demand for your skill set, while continuing to build your own caseload with support every step of the way.

You'll deliver exceptional hands-on care using a variety of techniques, including:

• Myotherapy / remedial massage
• Deep tissue
• Cupping
• Dry needling
• Rehabilitation exercises

Day-to-Day, You'll:

• Deliver Remedial Massage/Myotherapy, deep tissue, cupping, dry needling, and rehabilitation services.
• Assess clients and create tailored treatment plans.
• Educate clients on self-management strategies and home exercises.
• Keep accurate clinical notes using Cliniko.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture.
