Kilsyth Kids is now seeking **experienced Lead Educators**to join our village on a full-time working with children aged 0-5yrs.

As a Lead Educator at Kilsyth Kids you will:

- Oversee the delivery of our curriculum in your dedicated classroom.
- Play a central role in creating an engaging and enriching learning environment.
- Collaborate with families to understand each child's needs and interests.
- Lead a small team of Educators, offering guidance and mentorship.

**About You**:
You will:

- Possess demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
- Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation.

**Your credentials**:

- A Certificate 3 or Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.

Pay: $25.26 - $36.00 per hour
