We're on the hunt for a dynamic go-getter to spearhead new business ventures and cultivate fresh client relationships within the residential building material sector. Someone with a proven knack for sales and business development, who thrives on sealing the deal in this competitive landscape.

This is a role for someone looking to the future, who is ready to make this role their own and take it in any direction. Where you are given the autonomy to build your future and the support to be heard and supported.

What are the main tasks:

  • New business development within residential builders (focusing on Tier 2 and 3 ),
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Account management of client relationships once a new account has been won
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and troubleshooting problems promptly
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline development using CRM
