Job Tasks And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this Monday – Friday role is responsible for delivering timely, efficient and effective office administration and executive support to the Maintenance Team.

Key Duties Include

  • Oversee administration, and maintain accuracy, of the maintenance system.
  • Ensure accurate data entry within SAP/Pulse/Minestar systems.
  • Accounts payable and Payroll management
  • Populate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Compliance and safety requirements.
  • Processing PR's and SESing.
  • Perform general filing and ad hoc administration duties as needed.

Skills And Experience
Essential Criteria:

  • Experience providing high level administrative support in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient computer literacy across MS Office Programs.

Desirable Criteria

  • Mining Experience
  • SAP Knowledge
