ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a committed casual tour guide to provide and deliver entertaining and informative tours for the SCG and Allianz Stadium Tour Experience. The successful applicant will ensure the safety and well-being of the tour patrons with a focus on delivering a first-class tour through knowledge of the tour script, venue knowledge and by providing an engaging and memorable guest experience.  Venues NSW currently operates tours Monday to Sunday, pending stadium events.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate IV in Tour Guiding and/or a related field and have a love of story telling
  • Previous tour guiding experience
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Current working with children check or the willingness to obtain one before employment
  • Current first aid certificate is desirable
  • Additional spoken languages are highly desirable especially Hindi
