Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cultural Tours Product Manager, based in Sydney, NSW. The Cultural Tours Product Manager will be responsible for creating and managing cultural tour itineraries, liaising with local guides and international partners, conducting market research, and developing marketing strategies. Additional daily tasks include managing tour budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and continuously enhancing the tour offerings based on feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in travel itinerary planning and cultural tour management
  • Proficiency in market research and developing marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and the ability to enhance tour offerings based on feedback
  • Passion for travel and cultural experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
