About the Role

We are a fast-growing inbound travel company specializing in day tours for international visitors. Based in Sydney, we are looking for a dedicated Destination Manager (Tour Operations) to oversee and coordinate our daily tour operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication ability, and hands-on involvement to ensure smooth and memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily tour operations in Sydney and surrounding areas
  • Communicate and schedule with local guides, drivers, and transport partners
  • Support on-site operations when necessary (pick-up, drop-off, guiding assistance)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and service quality throughout tours
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to headquarters
  • Handle unexpected issues and proactively resolve operational challenges

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean & English OR Chinese & English (spoken and written)
  • Valid Class C Driver's Licence (ability to drive 7–12 seater vans)
  • Legal right to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid work visa)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service preferred
