We're seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Assistant Tour Manager to join our upcoming 3-week national tour this October. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth delivery of a high-impact campaign that travels cross-country.

As Assistant Tour Manager, you'll be a key support to the touring team - helping manage day-to-day schedules, ensuring the crew are looked after, and being a friendly face for the organisation on the road. You'll also lend a hand with event set-ups and F&B arrangements, keeping everything running smoothly.


Key areas of responsibility:

  • Support tour manager with daily schedule management and logistics
  • Ensure crew wellbeing (accommodation, meals, travel)
  • Coordinate and assist with F&B arrangements
  • Be one of the first points of contact and "face" of the tour on the ground
  • Hands-on help with set-up/pack-down at each stop
  • Travel with the team across the country for 3 weeks

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Some background in events, production, or similar hands-on roles
  • Strong people skills - enjoys conversation and building rapport
  • Organised and reliable, with a practical mindset
  • Full driver's license required; towing experience highly beneficial
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude, ready to pitch in
