Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and reliable Cooks to join our kitchen team. As

a Cook, you will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality, consistency, and food

safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and marinating according to recipes

Cook a range of meals including meats, vegetables, sauces, and side dishes

Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked safely and to quality

standards

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment

Assist with stock rotation and inventory management to minimise waste

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support smooth service during busy periods

Follow all food safety and hygiene policies strictly

Support training of junior staff and apprentices as required

Skills and Experience Required:

Qualifications in Commercial Cookery preferred

At least 1 years of relevant cooking experience in a commercial kitchen

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
