MK Coffee and Food is main food service provider at All Saint College. We are dedicated to enhancing the daily life on campus, operating the popular Wanju Café as well as providing exceptional catering for various college functions. Our primary goal is to enhance the daily experience of every student and staff member. We achieve this by offering a wider variety of healthy, appealing, and fresh food options while actively fostering a sense of community and responsibility within the college. Our entire menu is made from scratch daily by our dedicated cook, infusing every dish with genuine care and culinary passion. This commitment allows us to offer a restaurant-standard, seasonal menu that rotates to feature the best ingredients year-round.
Crucially, it is our commitment to cook exclusively with the freshest ingredients, prioritising locally sourced produce to ensure unparalleled quality and support our community.
We are currently seeking a full-time Cook to join our team in Bull Creek, Western Australia, to help deliver consistently high-quality culinary experiences.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Prep ingredients in reference to recipe.
- Cook dishes at highest standard utilising various kitchen equipment.
- Store food appropriately in fridge and/or freezer.
- Present the dishes with the right portion, sauce and garnish as per the recipe.
- A sound knowledge of dietary requirement and cook food accordingly.
- Assist with staff training if required.
- Discuss with the management team on food preparation and seasonal menu planning.
- Demonstrate a keen Interest in growing food trends and techniques.
The minimum work experience/qualification for this position are:
At least one year of work experience and a relevant qualification are desired.
