About the Role:

As our next Residential Property Manager, you'll support our dynamic team and be part of a fun environment where you can grow and thrive. Your busy day will include, but not be limited to:

  • Nurturing existing client relationships between landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Managing a growing portfolio of properties
  • Carrying out routine inspections
  • Conducting entry and exit condition reports
  • Maintaining and managing all necessary compliance requirements
  • Attending industry and networking events to build relationships within the community

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous real estate experience (preferred)
  • A current QLD Real Estate License and a current driver's license
  • Highly driven with a structured work ethic and a hunger to achieve
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanor
  • The ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
