What we are looking for…

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for either fulltime, part-time, return to work, and can offer flexible options to suit your needs.

The Role:

Your main objective will be to manage the day to day running of your designated portfolio and provide peace of mind to landlords and tenants by building strong relationships.

Indicative tasks include:

  • Managing a portfolio of 150 Properties,
  • Following up enquiries with landlords, tenants, and suppliers;
  • Responding to general enquiries from potential tenants for properties under management;
  • Leasing properties;
  • Preparation of documentation and correspondence in relation to the leasing and/or management of properties.
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs
  • Undertaking property inspections/ECRs and Exit inspections
  • Work with PropertyMe and Eagle

This is an exceptional portfolio of well maintained houses, with excellent owners and tenants and should be a breeze for a season PM allrounder.

To be considered for this great role, you will have:

  • At least 1-2 years in Property Management
  • A valid QLD Drivers License and Real Estate License
  • The ability to problem-solve and achieve positive outcomes
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills &
  • Be professionally presented.
