Property Manager – Full Time

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio surrounded by like-minded professionals that strive to not only offer their best to their clients, but to also support and help each other.

We are proud to say that we offer incredible technology and systems to simplify your day, giving you more time back to focus on work/life balance. This includes a field services team to manage your routine inspections and additional assistance where required for Exit and Entry Inspections. Company car & communications devices are supplied.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • High level organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Open to development and leading change within the team and industry
  • Committed to providing 6-star service both internally and externally
  • Current certificate of registration
  • Current driver's license - company car provided
  • Knowledge of building maintenance basics
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others to ensure tasks are completed
  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong team focus
  • A minimum of 2 years real estate experience
