About the role

This is a full-time Accounts Payable Officer role based in Camellia, NSW. As part of the Finance team at Renier Group, you will be responsible for processing invoices, handling vendor inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Processing and reconciling incoming invoices and expense claims in a timely manner
  2. Liaising with vendors to resolve any payment queries or issues
  3. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  4. Assisting with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
  5. Providing support to the wider Finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software (MYOB) and MS Office applications
  5. A team player with a proactive and organised approach
