**Accounts Payable Officer**

**Can potentially be a hybrid working arrangement**

We at Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to undertake a 6 week contract for one of our reputable clients located in Oakleigh South.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Process internal invoices daily
- Match the POD list with the Delivery Dockets - check for Pallets returned/unreturned
- Raise PO for rent etc. mainly daily or as invoices are received
- Raise ad hoc PO's as required by production
- Check for open PO's and follow up with the customer for invoice
- Process supplier invoices daily once goods are receipted
- Supplier Payment Run
- Entering one off payment - process in Cash Book
- Entering mid month journals and standard journals

Knowledge of the Prism software is highly advantageous within this role.
